Help with Dekley pedal steel

Hello, I am a little late to the party and new to the area. I have a Dekley S10 and have been looking for someone who knows more about PSGs than I do. If it is set up correctly, how and where to lubricate it etc. I live in Gate City not far from church hill. If anyone knows anyone nearby who can help me out please get in touch.

The Dekley has four pedals and five knees and weighs a ton lol. I am still a newbie with the PSG and could use some lessons but I really need to know if the instrument is performing as it should to it's max potential. I have played lead guitar for sixty plus years.
